The Punjab government carried out administrative reshuffles the day after Diwali, transferring several officials. The deputy commissioners of three districts were also transferred. These include those of Amritsar, Gurdaspur, and Pathankot.
The IAS officers who have been transferred include Vishal Sarangal, Sakshi Sahni, Aditya Uppal, Pallavi, Davinderjit Singh and Harpreet Singh.
